All deliveries outside of Europe may be subject to import duties (duties, import duties, VAT) determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged as soon as your package has reached your country. ALOOF does not withhold duties and taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: if such additional duties apply, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. You can cancel orders from Germany, Austria or the Netherlands within 14 days of receipt and send them back to us free of charge. Please use ourContact form.
